Since 1996, I have focused on representing companies in personal injury and products liability lawsuits. Before forming Crimando & Cleland in 2007, most of my time was dedicated to defending large manufacturing companies involved in lawsuits involving respiratory illnesses in both state and federal courts. This work provided me with experience in managing complex litigation and in several scientific fields, including epidemiology, toxicology, and microbiology. Since forming Crimando & Cleland, I have put that experience to use in representing companies in asbestos litigation here in Michigan and across the country.
